We will exchange or refund any item that you are not completely happy with provided items are returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we can not be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned item.
If an item is damaged please notify us by email to email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent out. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and quality products and all items are checked by hand before being dispatched to ensure we have limited damages or returns.
We will refund your full amount on receipt of the returned product provided we are happy with the return and have discussed the matter with you directly.
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item then the cost of returning the item is our responsibility, and we will refund the cost of postage.
In all other circumstances the cost of return postage will be payable by you.
